Ahara Seva was born from a simple truth — thousands of families in Bengaluru's urban slums go hungry every day, not because food doesn't exist, but because no one reaches them. We conduct on-ground community surveys to find the most vulnerable, enroll them into our food support program, and deliver nutritious food packets and ration tokens redeemable at partnered local grocery stores. Every token we issue is a meal guaranteed. Every survey we run is a family found. We believe food is not charity — it is dignity.
Ahara Seva is committed to identifying individuals and families living in extreme poverty in urban slums and ensuring consistent access to nutritious food. Through community-driven surveys, direct food support, and a transparent ration-token system in partnership with local grocery vendors, we deliver assistance that is structured, accountable, and respectful of every person's dignity.
We envision a society where no individual is denied dignity, nutrition, or hope due to poverty — where access to basic food is treated as a fundamental human right. By addressing hunger at the grassroots level, Ahara Seva strives to create a foundation upon which individuals and families can rebuild stability, health, and a future full of possibility.
